INNOQUEST'S RMA POLICY
How to Request an RMA for your Product
- Contact us with the issue and the unit serial number.
- We will issue an RMA number and return instructions.
- Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.
- Each RMA covers one unit only.
Shipping
- Inbound shipping to us is the responsibility of the distributor or customer.
- Please pack units carefully to prevent shipping damage.
- We are not responsible for products damaged or lost in transit.
- While not required, we strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking. Without tracking, delivery cannot be verified, and we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
- Shipping damage or loss in transit is not covered under warranty.
Evaluation
- All units are evaluated upon receipt.
- Evaluation does not guarantee warranty coverage, repair, replacement, or credit.
- Warranty coverage is based on a one-year period from the distributor’s sale date to the end customer.
- Distributors may be asked to verify the original sale date to confirm warranty eligibility.
- If a sale date cannot be verified, warranty coverage will be determined based on the unit serial number or may default to non-warranty.
Warranty Repairs
- If the issue is covered under warranty, we will repair, replace, or credit the unit at our discretion.
- Return shipping for warranty repairs is covered by us.
Non-Warranty Repairs
- If the issue is not covered under warranty, we will provide a repair quote.
- Quotes include parts, labor, and return shipping.
- A flat evaluation fee of $75 applies to out-of-warranty units. If you proceed with the repair, the $75 fee will be applied toward the cost of the repair.
- No work is performed without approval.
If Repair Is Declined or No Response Is Received
- If repair is declined, the unit will be returned unrepaired or scrapped only if authorized.
- A standard evaluation fee of $75 will be billed for out-of-warranty evaluations.
- Inbound and return shipping charges apply.
- If no response is received within 30 days of the repair quote, the unit will be returned unrepaired or scrapped (if authorized) and the evaluation fee will be billed.
Important Notes & Exclusions
- Units must have a legible serial number to qualify for warranty consideration.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, corrosion, unauthorized modification, or abnormal handling or operating conditions is not covered under warranty.
- Liquid intrusion is not covered under warranty unless the product is designed and intended to resist liquid exposure and the intrusion occurred during normal use.
- Warranty determination is made by Innoquest following evaluation.
Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innoquest is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, downtime, or lost revenue related to evaluation, repair, replacement, or shipping.
